Being free requires time alone. Alone with God..to be quiet and reflect about what is causing discord between us and the life God desires for us. It’s surprising what we discover. There is so much to the art of communication; relating-understanding -encouragement-words-tone-body language. It’s not being reactive but expanding our understanding and slowing down our responses to consider the counsel of God for every conversation. That we may not cause pain. It is pain that chains us to protective measures with out seeking God’s participation.
