Milk to Relax

Milk has best friends and serious enemies. What is a person to do. Then there are so many kinds of milk. It’s hard to know what to think. I would like to share some of my experience.

If you are at all interested in cow’s milk, I’ve found that the grass-fed milk is beneficial. Especially when there is pain. Pain is often associated with muscles. And the calcium that is so abundant in milk is a muscle relaxer!
