It’s easy to give up when you have pain. There’s so much about exercise and how you have to do it or you will never get better. I’m here to tell you for me I found that to not be true!

I was your classic accident prone child growing up. Then later I was in two high speed car accidents. It wasn’t until my 50s that I couldn’t ignore it anymore. If I even had a good walk, I would be a wreck for a few days because I had so many tight muscles pulling in different directions. Then a few months ago I started mixing things together for drinks that changed everything.
